Every t-shirt on this site is made to order from your own design. That means if it arrives and you hate it, that's kind of the point. Wear it anyway, tag us in it, and do better next time.
We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues, so please check the size guide before you order. Custom-made and personalised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This is all above board.
That said, your statutory rights remain intact. If your order arrives genuinely faulty, damaged, misprinted, or not what you actually ordered, you're entitled to a replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Just contact us at hello@loveithateit.com within 30 days of receiving it and send a photo. We'll sort it.
